1.0 Reggae Music Fest

Catch the ‘1st International Reggae Festival’  a music fest today and tomorrow being held at TT5 Heritage Dredge site at Tanjong Tualang . Organised by PORT (People of Remarkable Talent) the bands performing are from Phillippines, Thailand, Australia, Indonesia and Eygpt and Malaysia not forgetting Ipoh’s very own ‘The Balok People (remember its Reggae ).

2.0  Lantern Festival Celebrations .

42.1 Kg Tawas Lantern Festival on Saturday  September 10 at SJKC KG TAWAS.  Schedule,  3pm Painting School, 5pm Tang Lung DIY Workshop,  7pm Dinner, Performance & Lantern Parade. Guest: 8TV Rickman & Artis Winson

2.2. Riverwalk Lantern Festival organized by 11 bodies on Sunday  September 11 at Kinta Riverwalk at 7.30pm. Activities include Lion Dance, Song Singing, Chinese Cross Talk from SJKC Poi Lam, Lantern Quiz, Giving away Lantern & Mini Mooncake, Kong-Ming Lantern, Lantern Parade together with Pets. 3.0 Launch of the new Honda Accord

3The launch will be held at Ban Hoe Seng showroom, 14-20  Jalan Raja Permaisuri Bainun ( Jalan Kampar) this Saturday September 10 from 11am till 4pm. The morning will include activities for the family and kids as well as partake of some food and beverage at the exclusive Ban Hoe Seng museum.

 

 

 

4.0 Urban Transformation Centre (UTC) will be closed from

64.1 September 10 to 12 during the Hari Raya Aidiladha celebration reopening on September 13

4.2 September 16 in commemoration of Malaysia Day celebration reopening in September 17.

 

 

5.0 Hockey

5The TNB-Perak Hockey League final between TUDM and MBI will be held on Saturday September 10 at the Azlan Shah Stadium, Ipoh starting at 10am.
